Sylvie Widjaja

Sylvie Widjaja is Mercury’s Director of Sales for California, responsible for all aspects of the sales process, leadership of the sales team and formulating strategies grounded in data and market knowledge. Her focus is to ensure Mercury’s sales teams are industry-leading and independent agents are well-supported.

Sylvie has been with Mercury for more than six years and in the insurance industry for more than 20, learning the business through Commercial Claims, Product Management, Underwriting, and Sales. She has been instrumental in launching a few key initiatives for the Company such as the Commercial Multi-Peril (CMP) program redesign and the CA Contingent Commission Bonus program. Sylvie graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2004 and lives in North Orange County with her husband and two teenagers.
